    How many players does Portland have out with injury?
    You know how big Nurk was for this team last year right?
    Portland even has a couple vets on the team that should look better 30 games into the season than they did in the first 5 games.

    This is an ugly game. You know who else had an ugly game? The favorites to win the ship this year. They lost to Phoenix.

    Don't take this the wrong way, but this is just early season NBA basketball it's ugly every freaking year. The refs aren't ready, the teams aren't ready, they literally use the first month or two of the season to play themselves back into a rhythm. It's the way it's been for as long as I can remember. Just don't take too much of what you see right now as this is what these teams will actually look like in jan/feb and beyond. All that's important right now is staying afloat in the w columns while figuring out this stuff.
