    They are worse. Much worse. They have Draymond, D'Angelo and basically a Summer League team.

    That’s 2 better players than the Cavs or Hornets have to throw out there lol. I don’t care if they get a top 5 pick in this draft, this is the best year for us they could of tanked.

    I’m saying they don’t need the number 1 pick persay 5-10 range is solid as well and other teams would be willing to pick there if a team loves a guy

    College basketball hasn't even started yet. You have no idea how the draft will shape out yet in terms of top end talent.

    Man, this post is pretty bad, even for you.

    None of those guys were All-Stars prior to upsetting the Nuggets in the 1st round 2 years before winning a title.

    But yeah let's pretend 5 games in October discredits their whole dynasty and everything Curry accomplished.

    I know according to every “expert” out there this is a down year, maybe that’s because there are no “phenoms” or maybe it’s because the best part of this draft might be the depth of the international class. These kids have been scouted since 8th grade though and if there was a “generational talent” like Duncan, LBJ, or even Zion we would all be hearing about it, go read the scouting reports on the preseason projected top 10 and tell me if anyone gets you really excited. I also said things could change by the draft in another post but as of now I’m more than ok with GS getting a top 5 pick in this draft if it means I get to watch them get beat down night after night all season long.

    Zion was not considered a generational talent before last college basketball season started.

    Zion wasnt even the projected #1 pick at this time last year. Morant wasn't even projected ANYWHERE.

    Exactly. Barrett was expected to go higher than him. Most mock drafts had Zion around 4-5 spot this time of last year.

    Curry's injury doesn't even matter that much. I actually hate it not only because I hate players getting injured but also because Curry's myth will continue as they rack up losses without him, and then again with him. They've been absolutely murdered twice in a week by teams that will likely not even make the playoffs. Down 70-37 to OKC at half and yesterday lost first quarter 43-14 and were 83-54 down when he was injured. Their loss had nothing to do with Curry getting injured but people will forever think it did.

    No Embid against us........ is it just me or does it seem like the Blazers are always playing teams with one of their best players out?

    You're right, the Blazers seem to be playing teams with one of their best players out (Nurk).

    I just heard on the radio that the Warriors don't have their first round pick next year. Gave it up for Russell in the trade. Not sure if this is true.

    some way premature-too-early notes on other team's players that have have been discussed here, either because of their contract extensions or a comparison to a Blazer

    * Pascal Siakam is averaging 28pts, 9reb, 4ast, 2blk, 2stl while shooting .444 on three's with a .626 TS%

    * Domantas Sabonis is averaging 23pts, 10reb, 2ast while shooting .429 on three's (only 2/game) with a .633 TS%

    * Malcolm Brogdon is averaging 22pts, 5reb, 11ast while shooting .381 on three's with a .571 TS%

    * Bradley Beal is averaging 27pts, 6reb, 8ast, 2stls while shooting .333 on three's with a .517 TS%

    * Devin Booker is averaging 24pts, 4reb, 6ast while shooting .419 on three's with a .583TS%

    Embiid and Philly don't believe he will be suspended.

    It is top 20 protected and turns into a 2025 second if not conveyed this year.

    safe to say it’s turning into a second

    With the way the NBA coddles their stars I won't be surprised if they aren't suspended.
