    Taggart is an interesting personality.

    He, by all intents and purposes, is a piece of shit liar.

    However, he left Oregon FAR better than Helfrich did.

    I think you can get away with a head coach who isn't good at X's and O's, but they have to have exceptional coordinators to make up for it, and trust them completely to make the calls on offense and defense.
