I like him but as a player's coach...his players aren't executing...I think he's pretty challenged right now with our injuries and 4 of our starters totaling 7 first half points

Why players only. He needs to do it in front of all the coaches.

I can only blame coaching so much for players constantly mis-communicating and playing soft.

They need to trade him while his stats still have people distracted from his inconsistent (being charitable) effort.

I feel like the blazers are really missing Collins right now, because our defense with him was not ever the greatest but without him it now seems absolutely terrible.

Collins injury could be a much bigger problem than it would be on a typical team too. He played center as well as PF.

At this point. Maybe this will be a blessing in disguise and getting that lottery pick will help us sooner than later.

We have healthy Nurk, healthy Zach all coming back next year. Simons is already showing us hes the future. The expiring deals of Whiteside and Baze that I’m sure at this point we’ll be trading, then finally a lottery pick we use in a trade for immediate help, we’re right back in this thing.

Even Little is semi showing he belongs. Only thing that sucks is wasting a prime year for Lillard.

I'm seeing both Stale Davis and Jamal McGlore (or whatever his last name was).

Terrible for this one game maybe, but maybe a really good move long term for the development of Simons, thus the team.

I’m not saying that this is definitively the case, just that sometimes decisions are made for the future, rather than the present, and we’re not privy to the decision making process.

Also, I’m really trying to look for silver linings from our recent run of bad form.

Stotts isn't perfect, but this is the NBA. It's almost all on the players. Who knows if they could execute a defense we'd like to see. Though I'd like to see it anyway.

The biggest problem is Collins injury, maybe tied by how crappy McCollum is playing. Then the fact that Whiteside is a tough fit. That part could be on Stotts. They should stop forcing the ball to him, wait for him to be open or use him as a passer to a cutter like we saw with Nassir. He is a better percentage scorer than he is doing with the Blazers. But he's not a versatile scorer.

15 boards, 5 blocks, and he still looked like he was only periodically engaged. Most guys can't do that without playing balls-to-the-wall. Imagine if he was fully focused.

Can we sign Juwan Howard to a 10 day to throw a chair?

Dale Davis was awesome. We win Game 7 in 2003 if he plays. Something must be wrong with your memory. He wasn’t slow, out of shape, or lazy.

I get the never-Stotts camp has to bang the drum, but criticizing him for not knowing how to get Dame points on a night he drops 60 probably isn't the strongest argument.

One objective look at this roster and nobody should be surprised we're 3-6 right now. If you want to be mad at anyone, be mad at the person who put it all together. Also, recognize that we were out Nurk, Collins, Hood, Gasol, Skal, and basically CJ tonight!

who gives a shit? like 75% of his rebounds are completely uncontested. Nets had 16 offensive rebounds tonight for 31 second chance points.
