Trump is going to take Trump down...nobody is kidding themselves and yesterday 70% of Americans polled in approval of the impeachment process....you are putting too much stock into a guy who is consistant about one thing....hiding the truth...you can still give him your vote..good luck with that...he's going to lose and the world will be in a much better place when he does..compulsive liars have too much to keep track of....I will put the integrity of every witness that's testified above Trumps bullshit without blinking
sure....but Trump is not in the same place he was 4 years ago...there's no Hillary drama ..this is his own fuckup...the GOP will not hold a Senate majority over their handling of this issue next election cycle....they are propping up a sinking ship right now..they are losing States as we speak...States that have long been Republican strongholds..if the Senate saves Trump, they'll sacrifice the Senate majority to do it and he'll still lose the next election...he should resign and take a plea deal....once he's no longer president he's facing years of litigation...he could cut a deal now and avoid that. He just wants to be the next Bill O'Reilly anyway...he can whine about liberals and fake media all day and nobody will give two shits
I think he’s in a better place than he was 4 years ago, he has a lot of positives to run on. The Democrats are EXTREMELY weak (I mean, Warren and Biden? Come on...) and I believe the general public is becoming tired of this whole coup of the Trump administration. You’d have to be blind to not see he has been the most railroaded president in modern history, I mean they were laying the groundwork for an impeachment from day 1 of his presidency. He isn’t perfect by any means, he’s brash, he’s arrogant, he doesn’t shut up when he should but he’s 100% authentic. Also, what is he being gonna be impeached with? There was no quid pro quo, now they are moving the goalposts to bribery? It’s just a mess and it reeks of desperation from the Democrats. It’s a completely partisan clown show right now, iirc more Democrats voted against the inquiry than Republicans votes for it. That’s saying something.
Obstruction, witness tampering, skirting the constitution on dealings with foreign governments for political ammunition....probably money laundering and tax evasion if they get his tax returns and perjury if they choose to pursue it. You have pegged an awful lot of people as lying. Is this some sort of huge conspiracy theory, so huge that people often say it's the hugest conspiracy ever, much huger than Obama ever faced?
It's much more than just polls as the 2018 elections was a wake up call as well as the recent elections in Kentucky and Virginia. trump support has dwindled as his base is no longer big enough to get him re-elected.
Not only that, some of his base is so hypocritical and unwilling to accept facts, they will continue to blindly support Trump publicly while secretly declining to vote for him in 2020.
