Defense would probably be about the same.

Those numbers are heavily offset by his 0/8 three point showing in the third game. He mad 5 of his first 8.

That alignment was important but aligning your zipper with you belt buckle was more important. Funny how I remember that after 52 years.
They also made me hang my shirts opposite from the way I was used to hanging them.
And don't talk to me about the foot locker.
I can still make a regulation bunk with a 45 degree angle.
Would you please make me stop remembering all that crap.

You're the grass and I'm the lawn mower.
It's all a case of mind over matter. i don't mind and you don't matter.
I've even disobeyed an order without consequence. It was a stupid order and in my opinion not a lawful order.
Not new here. Was offered a mod job when this forum first opened up but declined due to all my time devoted to some serious medical difficulties due to combat. Yeah, I endured combat, I can endure anything.

Did you ever learn what FTA meant?
    How about 'Short'?

He didn't call me either of those, so I don't know them!

Besides expressions, there are stories! For example, I refused to shake hands with Jimmy Doolittle...he was trying hard and I wouldn't do it. At Wright-Patterson. I got a thousand stories...Don't get me started!

    FTA = Fuck the Army;
Short = Short Timer, someone who will soon be separated from active duty.

In my case I had no reserve duty to fulfill my six year commitment because I served in combat. All I spent was the two years that anyone who was drafted had to serve.
The period was the late 60s when FTA was the overwhelming sentiment of those of us who were in there because guys like Dan Quayle and Donald Trump very craftily avoided the draft. If you had money then there were ways to avoid getting yourself killed or maimed.
All units had a recruitment officer or NCO and a lot of guys went in to their required meeting with the recruiter and said literally "Thought about it, forgot about it." Knowing me, I probably said something like "No thanks, I just want to get out and go back to college."

Every college student, Democrat or Republican, tried to escape the draft. It wasn't just demonstrators.

Example: My freshman roommate had a sad face about his congressman not picking him for the Air Force Academy, despite being valedictorian from his Milwaukie, Oregon high school. He used to debate me in favor of the war. Yet when his number was chosen in the lottery, he was panicky about being drafted.

The point is, it wasn't just the rich, which is the myth they tell you 50 years later at your veterans' meetings--the fact was that no male student wanted to be drafted. (I barely succeeded in not being drafted. I've told the story here before.)

No...when you go to the physical after two tabs of Purple Haze LSD chances are they are marking you down as 4f...….when I went in I didn't know this trick yet....I discovered the stuff when my drink was spiked on the base and I was on guard duty....try taking your first LSD trip while patrolling a military base...not the best introduction to tripping....I woke up the next day in a Mexican massage parlor

Yeah he looked more athletic than I have seen in the last couple of years. He looks to be in good physical shape for 35.
Not sure how long it will last, but for right now he is moving pretty well. Not saying he "exploded to the basket" last night but I was surprised with how he attacked the basket a few times.
