    My dinners are always on Friday. Tradition started due to friends who worked in restaurants and had to work Thanksgiving.

    Churning vanilla ice cream right now. Then I'm done for the day.

    Promised Lucia I will spend entire day with her Saturday. She is not getting her usual quota of her human's attention.

    Happy belated Thanksgiving everyone! I did a couple of birds and they turned out wonderfully. The pictures one is the Gordon Ramsey edition I had found. I also wet-brined, spatchcocked, and smoked the other bird. We entertained eight fams. A good time was had by all, including Roxie, our sheepadoodle (whos was shorn way too short! UGH!)
