Ha! The worst record in American history vs the perhaps the best.
Trump has a hell of long way to go before he causes the death of so many countrymen. Give his tendency to avoid war, I don't think he can catch Lincoln.

What a total fabrication...I never said that or anything like that...and I defy you to show where I did....I'll wait.

    You lose, ....again.

    Interesting thread;

Maris guilty once again of "Fake News"...and Marz claims to have dirt on Lincoln that historians don't know about.

Gotta love the anonymity of the internet...you can say anything you want and not have to prove it.

Business Insider reports that historians rank Lincoln as the greatest President ever. Anyone who says otherwise probably doesn't know his/her ass from a hole in the ground.

The Patriot News (PenLive) serving the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, metropolitan area

By the way, both publications report that Obama ranked as our 12th best President ever.

You'll find there is a liar in here who lies almost entirely.

    Edit:
Does lying all the time remind you of a certain prominent politician/gangster/traitor?

Lanny, that's the really sad part...the individual/s we are referring to have seemingly turned into a clone of Trump. They do not recognize facts, even when they are faced with a plethora of evidence.

In some ways it reminds me of how Hitler came to power.

    Again, it's sad, it's scary, and it's mind-numbing.

Carl Sandburg thought he was the greatest ever also. Even more, almost a deity, at least only one step shy of Jesus.
I expect this would be your style.

Carl Sandburg was a freaking poet, not a historian. ...duh.

LMAO....I'm quite aware of who he was....but what part of Carl Sandburg "was not a historian" didn't you understand ?

And please try not to screw this up too.

Aw yes! Now I don't know why I didn't pick up on that sooner.
That one really is heavy on his poor record, which in total does relegate him to rubble heap of very poor Presidents.
    Good catch.

You know Yank, I already gave you my opinion of his rating of that President. Most historian do rival Sandburg though in dishing out high levels of horseshit in describing the merits of Lincoln.

    Carry on.

    Oh!
Perhaps you should not disclose how easy it is for you to dream of Hitler.

lol...sorry chum but you can't have it both ways.

I find it hilarious that you originally used Sandburg as a bad example of people who wrongly praised Lincoln but now you seem to be defending him...deny it all you want but it does not change the fact that you have completely contradicted yourself...but as you said, "carry on".

    ...can't make this shit up.
