Biden has a stutter. Apparently it was much worse when he was a kid, but I think it's actually common for stutters to come out more when talking about them. I don't believe he was mocking at all.

No, I think you're right about Biden and Klobuchar beating Trump although my favorite is still Mayor Pete. My least favorite is Tulsi but even she would be a significant improvement on Trump.

I'm a big believer in failure analysis and trouble shooting problems. Since I'm a methodical fellow I use an easy likely approach initially, then go from there.
