About what exactly? That Im not losing my mind over bad refs last night?

Did they lose to Minnesota, Phoenix, GS, NYK, Cavs, kings?

Could they have won more games with better defense?

I keep saying I get that call and the refs last night were bad, if you guys all want to be tell me Im not a fan or whatever because I just think as a team and organization there’s way more wrong with this season than last nights calls, then sure whatever.

Hoops was probably right I need to bifurcate last night and it in a microcosm vs the big picture of the season, and I get it, it was a bad call. Even if they give him an and one there the games not over though.

Chris Haynes and Dame are pretty close, I doubt he was trying to slight him.

In a weird way, I think the decision not to fine Dame is going to complicate things in the future. They're basically saying it's ok to critize the refs if they blow a call. Refs miss a lot of calls, therefore, other players are going to have a beef if they end up getting fined when Dame didn't.

I think the variable is going to be "was it a judgement call or was it egregious" as well as the variable of how they approached it. The only questionable thing that may have really gotten him fined no matter what was the punk ass tweet. Other than that i thought his demeanor in the post game was really measured compared to his on court (which was pretty vociferous, but not like some coaches get. Had to get held back though).

Im trying to think of scenarios where the refs blew it this bad and still fined someone. I know on a BUNCH of non calls and criticizing it happens... But on one egregious one like this where the whole world knows it... They couldnt do anything.

The fucked up part is Scott Foster would have called that. Lmao.

Totally with you that I'm glad Dame didn't get fined.

I think from the NBA's standpoint, you want to have as clear and definable rules as possible. Where you draw that line for what egregious is vs bad or very bad can get tough. I just know if I were a player who critized an official less strongly than Dame did and got fined, I'd be a little confused.

I guess my overall point is that last night was a great example of why a more simlistic rule reduces confusion. If you could review any call in the last two minutes, the outcome would've been different (not saying we would've won). Likewise, if the NBA thinks they can pick and choose when it's ok to fine a player after they critize a ref, they're probably just going to lead to more angst.

The NBA has that center in Secaucus, NJ. They handle reviews and are watching all games. There should be a "for the good of the game" rule.

If a play like that happens the head ref would get buzzed saying, review that shit, you potentially missed a big one there.

Same with when someone clearly steps out of bounds (Blazers got fucked with that too a couple years ago).

If you're going to have replay, might as well have rules that make it easier to get calls right.

I really like this idea. In this scenario, I'm assuming the buzz wouldn't come until after a deadball?

If that is the case the big questions becomes: If you reverse the call, do you go back and pick the game back up from where the event in the replay occured or do you take the corrective action? I'm guessing you'd have erase everything that happened prior to the missed call, right?

...all they are saying is that not all visitors to this website are able to see an embedded tweet in someone's post. This is due to a littany of different variables dependent on said users viewing device, app, software, browser, operating system, firewall, ad blocker, etc etc etc. That's all, carry on!
