a playmaking wing with a high bball IQ on both ends that also shows well off the ball. He’s playing against grown men so the numbers he’s put up in the Israeli league don’t jump out, but his talent/potential really does when you watch him with the u20s.

If we’re talking international sleepers my favorite is probably Amar Sylla. Toronto will probably take him though and turn him into an all star lol

Malik Fitts is a guy who could be had in the second round that has all the tools to be a good wing player in the NBA...

I wonder if we even have room for a second rounder.

We only have 10 players under contract for next season, add the draft picks and we will still have 3 spots.

Assuming they wanna carry 15 guys. I’m also pretty confident Gabriel will be back. They’ll also have to make decisions on their two way guys. Hoard is probably good enough to be on an active roster. So you’re looking at quite a few young players already on a team that’ll be looking to contend.

I think Gabriel and Hoard will battle for a roster spot at Summer League

The problem with Toppin is when I watch him in a game this year I question how good defender he is and believe me the way this year turn last thing we need another guy that can't defend.

I think his defense is fine. He's a little slow laterally but makes up for it with good positioning and anticipation. Off ball he is rarely caught out of position and is a really good help defender. Unlike our current lineup he boxes out nearly every time a shot goes up too which is rare for someone with that athleticism.
