Your entire thing is basically saying I want to slam a bad bill through because I want people to get what they need now. Which I literally addressed that in my first post, when I said McConnell shouldn't be putting his stuff into it.

?? McConnel and his boys wrote the bill and gave a deadline of yesterday to pass it after giving it to the other side just a day or so before? The bill should be openly discussed from a group involving both parties, not just republicans.. What bill are you talking about?

Go find where I said they shouldnt discuss it or read it though. I just said they need to do it quickly, and he shouldnt be putting stuff into it.

But mcconnel and his little republican group wrote it. His fingerprints are all over it. I have no problem with that as long as it is discussed and agreed from both sides. moscow mitch doesn't appear to like bipartisan bills and likes to only vote on what he approves. Are you aware of how many house bills mcconnell refuses to bring to vote in the senate.

Im aware of all of that, buts not what Im saying at all. I am saying that thousands of people in the last 2-3 weeks have lost jobs, have been quarantined, have bills that must be paid and they should be doing something as quickly as possible to help those people. I said Mcconnell needs to quit trying to slip stuff into it. I never said that it shouldnt be discussed or read. It just needs to happen soon because if “checks” are how they want to do it, it will be a couple weeks before those people even get the checks. So the longer they (both sides screw around) the worse it gets to those people who need it. I didnt say sign a bad bill, I am saying make a good one quickly.

So I dont think we really disagree, but I am annoyed that its not getting done quicker, I know there are a lot of people out there who need help.

The bill was given to the dems either wednesday or thursday with little time given for discussion and it is only Saturday now. How quick did you expect a trillion dollar bill to be passed?

It’s an emergency. Dems need to hurry up and read the motherfucker and actually get something done. They look like complete fuckheads right now. Zero sense of urgency whatsoever, you’d think they would at least pretend to give a shit about the people who pay their salary. Dems criticizing Trump is one thing, but when he’s actually out-performing them on liberal policies because they are too tired and stagnant to actually move in ANY direction on ANY policy....yeah, it’s not a good look. Especially in an election year when there’s a fucking worldwide crisis. Nobody likes a lazy fuck who gets nothing done while complaining constantly and pointing the finger elsewhere. The Democratic Party has made that their explicit platform.

They seem to have no such problem when it comes to their own pocket books. The thing is in an emergency things are expected from all of them in regards to acting faster than normal.

I'm going to start calling MAGA hats China Hats, since that is where they originated. Going to say my dad is from the backseat of a 48 Plymouth instead of saying he is from South Carolina, since that is where he originated from.

Tomorrow is always a day away!
Seriously think they should have contingency plans and bills ready for this type of situation. So like 2 weeks ago. Since they dont and we know the government knew it was than likely coming, then last week...
