Yeah but Biden was able to formulate sentences in 2016. That is no longer the case.

When Republicans elected, and blindly supported Trump, the bar was dropped so low they have no room to talk about any democratic candidate's foibles.

A silent president vs a liar president. Not a hard choice to make.

you're creating a scenario that won't happen, can't happen, and was never going to happen.

agree mostly but dems lowered the bar to begin with by nominating a blemished candidate. If anyone other than Hillary/Bernie ran instead Trump would have lost. The gov from Maryland would have beaten Trump.
Its was a vote against Hillary that lowered the bar.
Thats why its important Dems come with the right winnable candidate. I think Joe can if he doesn't self destruct. If he fails then dems fail again big time.

BS...you said "Trump is gone"...now, does that mean you no longer support him or that you won't vote for him....or, can you explain what you meant when you said Trump is gone?

I know very little about Newsom. I wasn't aware he was emerging.

Agreed about her as a candidate (she wasn't my choice), and about Joe (he's not my choice, but then again, my choice wasn't top 3).

Thing is, the candidates for the D's are better candidates for Presidency than the Republicans are putting out (Trump), but the thing is, Republicans excel at fallacies.

Hillary wasn't a good candidate, but to act like Trump was better is silly. They act like Joe's faults are 10X worse than Trumps faults.

It'd be like someone who owns a broken down old Chevrolet (with bad tires, bad brakes, leaky transmission, busted radiator, warped camshaft and bent valve stems) cracking on someone who owns a broken down Ford with a misfire.

(Trump is the Chevrolet in my scenario).

Any Gov from CA has eyes on the Presidency.

Knowing very little about someone or something has never stopped anyone from having a concrete opinion.

It was Dems & Independents that put Trump in the Whitehouse.
    Shouldn't happen again.

I only read that Cuomo might be propped up to be the Dem's guy for 2020. Nothing about Newsom.

It's too late to have anyone join in for 2020. He might be "propped" up for 2024.

Agreed about that. They ignored enough of the voters to piss them off to the point where they voted for someone who actually was worse for their well being.

I guess there is a reason there are independents, blue dogs, libertarians and others.
