Just got a call from my dad that they are going to be putting our family dog down this week. Lived a full long life with lots of love. 15 years. Wish I was there to give him one last pet but I know that the rest of my fam will be snuggling up with him a lot the next couple days.
Total bummer... Putting down my childhood dog was probably the day I cried the most in my entire life.
I saw it coming last week after I spoke to my brother. I'm a mess at the moment, but I will rest easy knowing that he's not in pain anymore.
That sucks... Hope you can find some peace soon. Had a cat and a Dog growing up, still miss them both so I understand.
For a brief moment there I thought you said mutton but mutton, of course, has to be from a lamb that is at least two years old.
OMG, he can mimic your face exactly! This reminds me, we're happy to feed you when you drop by but would you please not lick all the plates? And to answer your question the last time you were here, no, we still have to wash them although you do leave them amazingly clean.

I feel your pain after having to deal with this in the past and now just last week my daughter had to put down our chihuaha which was one of the best dogs we ever had. He lived with my wife and I for his first 8 years and with my daughter the last 7 years but time was catching up to him with losing the ability to walk and then couldn't stand anymore. I use to take him for many walks around the neighborhood and to the dog park on Mt. Tabor and many road trips down to Western Oregon to watch my daughter play soccer. He will definitely be missed as he was a special little dog.
