Is it worth the drive down to Keizer? Me and my girlfriend were thinking of getting out of the house and going on a drive. I’ve never had their food. All hype or worth checking out?
The few fast food items I've gotten during this I've brought home and microwaved. I figure if a microwave can kill a small animal it can kill some corona. I just don't trust the people preparing and serving the food. But to answer your question, I haven't had In N Out in Keizer but I've had in LA. It's good. I like Burgerville better.
Burgerville is definitely NOT better. But In n Out is a SoCal thing - probably NBD if you didn't grow up with it. But mmm, we've made the trip to Keizer a few times. Our fave. You have to time it right though, the lines can be loooooong.
Yes. Double double with cheese "animal style." Eat it in the parking lot , has to be hot and frsh off the grill!
Decent, but there are better burgers to be had around town. ' have had it several times when in southern Cal, but I definitely wouldn't drive all the way to Keizer for it. It's kind of like when Coors Beer wasn't available in Oregon and before Krispy Kreme. The hype is definitely bigger than the product.
I liked the old Mikes drive In in Sellwood (haven't gone to the Milwaukie one or the OC one since they closed the one in Sellwood). I'd say it's also much better than In n Out.
I prefer burgerville, but In N Out is pretty good. I would say its higher quality and fresher, it's more like "The Habit" which is a chain gaining speed or 5 guys. Generally dont think it's worth the wait (takes long usually), I have 3 In N Outs within 4 miles from me and I go maybe twice a year. I do cheese burger animal style and animal style fries. The lemonade is good too. Since their ain't shit to do, if the line isnt too long, go for it. If it's a long wait, fuck it. Prob better to wait until you visit california or vegas, heard lines in Keizer are nuts.
The thing i like about in and out compared to other places is they toast the bun. Dairy Queen does but they suck for burgers. I don't like a soft, soggy bun. I mean i don't want toast, it i want the insides a bit crusty and they do that perfectly.
In n Out is good if you are on the road to grab and eat. Nothing worth taking a special trip for. Burgers are bomb though. Fries not so much. Because we are all on lockdown, I’d probably drive down for some. Nothing else to do.
I love in and out, but it's just a burger. A good one, but still. I don't like the fries The shakes are great Nothing else to do, I say go for it
This. We have them in Vegas. I've lived here for almost 15 years now and I've been to one 4 or 5 times. Once when we moved here and I was like meh, it is like Burgerville without the spread. The other few times was when we had Burgerville spread we brought home and got In N Out to put the spread on. I will say the Burgerville in Orchards we went to last year was garbage. The place was filthy and the burgers tasted like fish sandwiches. The one in the airport was great.
I had people tell me it was good, I tried two different locations and honestly no better than Wendy's, which is not very good. I cook my own food.
Would you celebrate if Kobe came back to life 3 days later? Oh whoops, I forgot, you're not a Blazer fan.
