If you are arrested or fined for going to church, the government is limiting your rights. End of story

In fact, an artist can have a concert and the government can’t limit that either.

So we can all just come over and hang out in your house? Or is there a law against that

I never said, "the rights weren't violated." I never said those words.

Yes, I said there has been no law made. I said nothing about rights being or not being violated.

Hmmm, let’s look at the constitution...

Yep, doesn’t look like they can stop that either. “Right to peacefully assemble.”

So if a shit load of people just all of sudden came into your house out of the blue you wouldn't have a problem with that?

It’s an ordinance. That’s why law enforcement was able to arrest the pastor. That’s a law.

“All ordinances promulgated by the Governor in the state have the same effect and force. The ordinance must be laid before the state legislature when it reassembles and it must be upheld by the State legislature, failure to which the ordinance would be invalid. 213.”

I was just playing along with the deflection.

Fact is, our constitutional rights are violated with the state ordinances.

The protection is against government not other people. Lol

This is why @SlyPokerDog can ban anyone in here, because this is a private entity. Much like Facebook can censure anything they want. They are a private company.

I’m just floored at people dancing around the issue. The state or federal government are infringing on our rights, even if they think they are doing it for our own good.

That was the main reason for the revolution.

It’s also why our nation is so unique. Three separate branches of government and a bill of rights. No law should pass that infringes on those rights.
