The 100s of people standing in line to get 30 dollars in free food in the video I linked earlier weren't social distancing. A few people a day getting a massage aren't going to kill the world.

Michigan cancels contract with two Democratic-linked firms that had been tapped to track coronavirus

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s administration on Tuesday abruptly canceled a no-bid contract to help track the spread of the coronavirus in Michigan, a day after announcing the hiring of a state Democratic consultant and a national firm that has worked for prominent Democratic causes.

The reversal comes amid complaints that the governor tapped politically connected firms to collect health data on state residents and monitor sensitive medical information. It also comes as Whitmer’s profile is rising — she is considered a possible running mate for likely Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, and she has become the target of Republican attacks.

The Michigan contract, worth nearly $200,000 over the next eight weeks, was signed Monday and allowed the hiring of a subcontractor to help with “contact tracing,” a process to track residents with the coronavirus and those with whom they have interacted.

 

I don't like arguing, i just don't like people that disagree with me.

 

But the people in line for food weren't trying to get something frivolous such as a massage...food is essential while massages are not.

Essential services should be the ones carefully and gradually opened first.

 

Kinda like someone endorsing demonstrations/protests/marching during the pandemic.

I saw this but didn’t want to share yet. It seems the anonymous hacker group did it. Not sure how real it is, but that group has done some crazy things before.

 

Dan Patrick, not the ESPN host, the lieutenant governor of Texas, who says he is pro life because he wants to take away birth control and force women to carry pregnancies against their will, said there are more important things than living. That being the case, I nominate him to get infected with Corona virus and die quietly at home so as not to burden health care workers.

 

If true, I gotta believe someone had to put them up to it.
