agreed. my conscience is clear, though i did wrestle with it for a while. thank you for your take on it, too.
the enforcement here on the big island has included arrests, fines, and in one case an escort to the hilo side airport for a flight back to the mainland for a group that was caught breaking the quarantine a second time. even inter-island travel by residents is subject to the same restrictions with the exception of medical procedures, many of which are only available in honolulu.

seems like the lockdown on activities has produced a whole new subset of reasons for everyone to choose to be "triggered". no one seems exempt, and there seems to be no requirement for justification.

Real Mexicans use Fabuloso. You know, the one that looks like fruit drink.

Fruit drinks? I thought it was a cure for covid-19. Of course that still leaves covid-1 through 18 according to kellyanne conway. :bgrin:

I know it's a meme, but it doesn't correlate effectively to the truth.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
If we just replaced soft drinks and fruit drinks in stores with Fabuloso and candy with Tide Pods, we could be free of this Coronavirus scare and open up the economy.

Deflection 101...Did you even read what I said?..."Cuomo's accountability" has nothing to do with "Trump's accountability".

No, "the facts" are that your boy is on the hook for far many more lives than anyone else...and your persistent habit of changing the discussion of Trump to anything other than Trump is the "end of story".

I sure did. And, FYI... I brought up Cuomo first, then you brought up Trump. I just agreed that Trump should be accountable, so we can just move past that.

You still haven’t once admitted Cuomo was wrong to set a policy that sent infected Senior Citizens to senior centers.

Never mind, I read back. I agreed “Trump can’t escape culpability.” Then brought up Cuomo’s culpability

I'm still trying to wrap my head around someone frantically attempting to suggest that chemo-therapy being a sort of disinfectant is what Trump was really talking about when he launch his latest faux pas when he suggested that people putting bleach or other disinfectants into their systems would be a good idea.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around a yank jumping out quick to judge the president and refuse to call out governor Cuomo.

I think what I find most alarming is only @Chris Craig actually commented that Governor Cuomo made a deadly mistake by sending infected seniors to senior centers, when New York has the highest mortalities and 43% of those mortalities were by seniors. Not a single person commented on it.

It would nice if either Trump or Cooper had actually said that. I know it was meant to make a statement about the media skewing things but "trumping" fake new with more fake news isn't very compelling.
