I guess I see this as being about the integrity of the Democratic Party and having a candidate who we can be confident is consistent with their stated women’s values. I already know Trump has no integrity or respect towards women. I left the Republican Party over him and have no intention of voting for him.
You're just pointing fingers. Which is fine. Point away. I did too. You're last question is just asinine because it desregards the question I asked you. Please define what you consider a "formal investigation".
Should the complaint be looked into?...of course. But Biden should not step down or considered guilty until an investigation shows otherwise. For me, this is simply another GOP "hoax" and is based on nothing but hear say. IMO, it takes a seriously disturbed sexual predator to shove a woman against the wall and brutally shove his fingers inside her. And those type predators are likely prone to do those sort of things more than just once. I just don't see Biden as being like that and if he was/is like that, I would think would have heard of more such brutal attacks.
I lean towards believing women in these situations. The friends and family and circumstances and the telephone call and all that paint a picture of veracity. It doesn't help that Biden is a head sniffer and shoulder squeezer. But like everyone else I don't know what to think. Blasey Ford, I believed. But I just don't know in this case... I read a short opinion piece that talked about the degree to which Biden had been vetted by the Obama campaign. They uncovered no such stories, it claims, not even rumors. More information on that vetting might clear things up a bit.
I was mainly just going off what eblazer was asking for. Maybe he could clarify for you. My main contention is that the standards should be the same for all parties and candidates .
Yup, and that's what I was alluding to about Biden. I really think that if he could actually do something brutal, he probably would have done it more than just once and it surely would have come to light a long time ago.
Or, when he was rebuffed, it scared the crap out of him. Didn't she claim he had responded, "C'mon, man...I thought you liked me?"?
It doesn't surprise me that this kind of story came up, much like i wasn't surprised about the stuff that came up when Clinton ran in 16. Trump plays dirty, and loves to project his failings onto others. It's what bullies do. I wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be a smear campaign against Biden, spearheaded by supporters of Trump or in direct cooperation with Trump.
This case came up during the primaries. She is a Bernie supporter. The Trump Administration or pro-trump media didn’t even talk about it until more evidence came out. But if you want to blame it on Trump, I guess that’s your right.
The incident that led to the guilty verdict was in 2004 and the case was opened in 2015, which was within the 12 year statues of limitations.
This isn’t a trick question here. I’m trying to figure out how those cases were able to convict Bill Cosby being that they were clearly past the statute of limitations.
I imagine there are tons of articles on the matter and if you are truly interested you can do a search. Not really the same situation as all we have on this is a she said he said with no actual first hand witnesses.
All you had to say is "I don't want to answer". That would have worked for me. Please define what you consider a "formal investigation".
