You mean, the FBI did something wrong. This is not the same as saying Flynn is innocent other than by technicality.

There is nothing wrong with what Flynn did. Charging someone for a process crime, while the FBI already had the transcript, is entrapment. Also, withholding valuable information to help his case is ridiculous.

yeah mags ….you are cheering for a serial liar as the savior of our country so if Flynn lies twice under oath....you're sweeping his lies under the rug in much the same way as you would Trump saying any number of bullshit lies about things without regard to accountability. Flynn is a traitor and a liar. Now a free one....and Trump mentioned bringing him back into his cabinet. He likes these types ...he can always throw them under the bus when needed.

Nope, I’m cheering for a justice system that actually worked. I’ll be cheering more when those involved with this conspiracy are found guilty and do time. Make an example out of them.

The system didn't work in this case at all....the prosecutors are the guys trying to win an election and keep their jobs...hence..we're going to end up with a Supreme Court filled with Trump yes folks....he's worked hard at that task....

Then why did he lie about it?

Also, there's the little issue of being employed by a foreign government...

No, Flynn should not have been accepting illegal campaign donations from the Russians in secret talks regarding supposed dirt on Biden. It's illegal. This has been brought out and discussed in full in here in the past.

Oh, if you are talking about the sanctions, that can easily be misconstrued. It’s very easy to get a person to fall for a perjury trap when you have his “word for word” conversation.

Illegal campaign donations? That’s weird. How come he wasn’t charged for that then? Oh yeah, because they didn’t have enough evidence to support that straw man Lanny. Lol

Dodge ball? Lmao. Nah man, seems you guys can’t believe your shotty case didn’t stick. Then again, when you are cheering for a team that completely contradicted what they said publicly from actual sworn testimonies would lead you to believe that.

It's IMPOSSIBLE to have a perjury trap if the person tells only the truth. Perjury traps are the republicans excuse for making lying acceptable.

mags....nobody here took anybody to trial concerning this....it's not our "shoddy case"....it's a political event that occurred....and cheering for a team seems to be something you really need to hang onto...I don't think many here are into the team sports competition you require.....lawyers contradict sworn testimonies. This is not news.....you give the guy a pass for purely political real estate...as Barr said recently....history follows the winners whether they are right or wrong.....in the case of Trump....you're sadly wrong yet getting him elected just makes you feel you've won something when in fact, everybody lost when he was elected....I could list Trump's shoddy cases that didn't stick....I'll wait until you've had that glass of lysol first

If it were such a slam dunk, there is no chance the DOJ drops the case. One of their lead investigators left because he was caught withholding evidence to the defense. Thank God justice prevailed. I sure hope all involved will be held accountable. Maybe even sent to prison. Yay Justice!

Trump owns Barr....this case was dropped under the guise of a stacked court.....you should be really happy about the judges that have stacked the courts under Trump...it's one area he's been very busy at
