    The person would have to lie to fall into a 'perjury trap'. Flynn lied. You can make all the excuses you want, but he lied, and not in some trivial way.
    They asked him direct questions, multiple times, about his conversations with the Russian ambassador and he lied about it repeatedly.
    And then he admitted in court that he lied and pleaded guilty. Twice.

    But I know you know all that, and you are just 'flooding the zone with shit'. So carry on.

    Nor a single one of the Justice Department prosecutors signed off on dropping the charge. Not a single one. This tells me it was an order from Barr and we all should know who Barr reports to.

    Ah, I see, Flynn was too dumb to think of briefing an attorney and then bringing him to the meeting. This guy was a high ranking General and head of National Intelligence yet had no intelligence. How strange considering he was appointed by Trump. I hope he was at least a good yes man.

    Judge Sullivan expressed "disgust" at Flynn's lying twice...so assuming Flynn's plea reversal is a slam dunk is quite premature.
