Its like a controlled burn. They will let it burn as long as they need it to. Until the economy of the west is fucked sufficiently. They can get hurt as well, but their fundamentals are stronger so they will survive.

This is simply not true....China can't feed itself and needs international trade to maintain as it is....they saber rattle everytime there's a protest in Hong Kong or Taiwan elects a new president...Tsai Ing Wen just got reelected in Taiwan and our navy is patrolling the waters around Taiwan...China imports drinking water, soybeans and rice......sanctions and they turn quickly into a desert...hungry Chinese always revolt against the govt..China is hurting as badly as any country in the world and thinking this is a clever ploy by them is ridiculous....they didn't want a trade war, that's Trump's game plan....his trade war backfired for the entire planet...NO DIPLOMACY JUST BLUSTERED SPIN for a tiny bump in his ratings that died quickly

China owns Hong Kong now. They are expanding their borders by building land out in the South China Seas. They are solidifying their ownership of Africa and South America's natural resources. They are a multi-headed beast hell bent on becoming the next great superpower.

So people can't eat? They don't give a shit.

They will violate every human rights violation and won't bat an eye about it.

 

I just hope Trump doesn't think starting a world war now would keep him in office...and it's the only thing he cares about.
