...Sly, are you seriously saying that the number of blacks killing blacks is not a bigger problem than the number of whites killing blacks?

 

...so, since blacks are not "sworn in" it's OK to kill each other?...you make no sense...the overwhelming percentage of white cops do not kill blacks indiscriminately.

My quote above that provides the stats, or math, doesn't divide what race the cops are.. Just that they are cops, so the percent of cops that are White would be irrelevant in this case. Or the case of the numbers I posted. Not sure if yo were referring to that or not, but thought id point that out.

 

...well, for starters, people can start showing police with "dignity and respect"....are there bad cops?...of course there are. But there are also bd doctors, bad lawyers, bad politicians, etc., etc.,

But cops, like teachers are grossly underpaid and the old adage of "you get what you pay for" applies here. If you want better cops/teachers, attract a better crop of both by paying them for the unappreciated jobs that they have.

I agree. Police officers are asked to help address civil disobedience and protect citizens. This has to be to have a free society BUT it has to be a joint effort with the citizens to maximize safety.
Yep, disgraceful bad actors in every profession but for the most part our Police officers has done a good job.
If you are an anarchist they hate all cops and anything civil obedience stands for. They could care less if America stands. Many if these trouble makers
In this riots are Anarchist that have a play book and a game plan to take advantage of disruptions.
Take out the organizers/agitators and calm will prevail.
