We have been in mandated quarantine for months. I think people stopped giving a fuck about it.

 

It's the national guards duty to police a curfew in emergencies so they can keep the streets clear of looters and arsenists...that's the crime here that needs to be under control..they may have no other choice. The police can't handle something of this magnitude.
