    John Oliver is talking about mail in voting and is making a point why people wouldn't break the law to commit voter fraud. Oliver then said, "The only vote Oregonians would risk prison over would be a vote to get Portland Trailblazer Damian Lillard into the MVP conversation and you know what they would be right to do that Dame Dolla for life!"
