    Gregg Popovich speaks:

"The thing that strikes me is that we all see this police violence and racism, and we’ve seen it all before, but nothing changes. That’s why these protests have been so explosive. But without leadership and an understanding of what the problem is, there will never be change. And white Americans have avoided reckoning with this problem forever, because it’s been our privilege to be able to avoid it. That also has to change

It’s unbelievable. If Trump had a brain, even if it was 99 percent cynical, he would come out and say something to unify people. But he doesn’t care about bringing people together. Even now. That’s how deranged he is. It’s all about him. It’s all about what benefits him personally. It’s never about the greater good. And that’s all he’s ever been

We need a president to come out and say simply that ‘black lives matter.’ Just say those three words. But he won’t and he can’t. He can’t because it’s more important to him to mollify the small group of followers who validate his insanity. But it’s more than just Trump. The system has to change. I’ll do whatever I can do to help, because that’s what leaders do. But he can’t do anything to put us on a positive path, because he’s not a leader.

He’s not just divisive. He’s a destroyer. To be in his presence makes you die. He will eat you alive for his own purposes. I’m appalled that we have a leader who can’t say ‘black lives matter.’ That’s why he hides in the White House basement. He is a coward. He creates a situation and runs away like a grade-schooler. Actually, I think it’s best to ignore him. There is nothing he can do to make this better because of who he is

Have you seen it? Really opens your eyes to how things are for people who you might not know much about or had the chance to be around. It's a great watch.

The problem is people prioritize the wrong thing. Stuff like: "I feel for the cause BUT...", "It sucks a black man got killed BUT...", "Racial Injustice is bad BUT..." and then people speak more on the riots than they ever have about racial injustice. Why? Because the riots actually have a chance of affecting them.

It's unfortunate property is getting destroyed, but police need to stop murdering African- Americans.

Then watch it again. He was spot on. Separate the protestors from the ones being violent to others. He went after both parties. Indiscriminately. He didn't go into how we got to this spot, but he was spot on about the separation and the words used that continue the divide.
Randomly hurting innocent people is wrong no matter the cause. IT undermines the cause aimed at peace and equality.
If you disagree with that, then agree to disagree, cause you wont change my stance on violence. (please note. I'm separating violence and destruction of property vs violence on other humans)

Could anyone make head or tails of Trump's deranged statement? He will guarantee Second Amendment rights, does he want protesters armed? Or armed supporters to shoot protesters? Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff us in charge, of what? For what purpose? But he's a winner! He is activating Attorney General, like when you get a new credit card and call an 800 number to activate it? A lot of Walter Mitty fantasies about military battles in the streets. Then used national police to violently clear a peaceful march do he could shoot a campaign video of himself holding a Bible in front of a church. He's read the Bible about as much as he's read the Constitution.

Bellevue has nearly 148,000 people, more than Eugene with more office space than Seattle. Hope this clears it up.

I thought ytou wewre way off on this.

Really hard to agree without loking it up having known both cities all my life. But you are right. 147K for Bellevue, 110K for Gresham in poplation and Belleuve has 10 more SQ miles.

But here is innitially why I thought this was way off.

    Bellevue:

    Gresham:

You would think, looking at the two images that its not even a comparison.

I looked all this up because thought for sure you were off, but the only difference is the building ins the downtown. Bellevue downtown just gets alot more from the Puget sound coming in and out daily to work.
