Why the fuck are masks becoming a political issue? ugh

 

First day of them being required, here in Oregon, and I'm literally THE ONLY PERSON wearing one at my place of employment. They told everyone that it was "optional"... and I'm the only one the opted to wear one (have been since the end of March).

 

We were told that masks were ineffective by the experts early on. So people don't believe they are effective and the government mandates on them are bullshit.

My boss told us we didn't have to wear the masks in the office, even though mandated by LA law. I still wear it to piss him off. lolz

It's common sense to wear them. Virus is transmitted thru air droplets. A covering of the face should be at least a little effective in blocking that. It is mandatory to even enter our offices and they have dispensers out front for us.
