    Insurance claims....some of those properties were headed for bankruptcy anyway...especially the bars and restaurants...don't think rich people didn't get rich by cashing in on their perks.....600 billionaires profited by almost a trillion bucks since the pandemic....and as people lose homes guess who scoops them up, raises the price and resells them? yep......
