Boston has a more talented team than Portland, only Blazer fans would think otherwise.

Boston's roster is way more vertsitile and allows Stevens a ton of flexibility. Stevens is a fantastic coach too.

Just Nurk. Zach has some stone hands. I don't know how many passes he bobbled this game.

Unless he made that shot, then it was good.

They look so good because of Stevens. With Stotts they would look like shit

"Of course we were looking to get a three." "Dame made a reactionary pass." - Stotts

Well, the legend of Gary Trent Jr. continues to grow, at least. Kid loves the big stage!

That's one theory. I'm not going to bash on Stevens, he's a great coach. I don't think Stevens could take this Portland roster past the WCF though.

Disagree 100%. Shooting 35ft 3-pointers is never a good shot irrespective of what Dame thinks.

You DONT play for a 2-point shot with 6.8 seconds, five players all capable of hitting a 3....and you basically give them the game.

I see ZERO reason for not shooting a 3 and for the very first time out of my mouth - Fire Stotts!

that was bonehead - plain and simple

No... I don't think any coach can take this roster past the WCF.

He shoots a high percentage of those.

    Was this a good shot?

Doesn't surprise me to see Melo -13, but Nurk was also -13. Meanwhile Whiteside was +9. Weird.

Hezonja crashed and burned with a -16.

Scott’s said the plan was to take a three and Dame just made a reaction play.

So, then Boston should have won by a lot more right?

I agree that Stevens is a great coach
Much better than Stotts. I think that's the biggest difference.
