Good to see gleyber get a hit and get off the Schneid. Sanchez not good in the clutch just way behind everything. Gardner, whose been a pretty good yankee for a lot of years is showing this should be his last year. Tauchman needs to be the everyday left fielder with Gardner giving him and hicks a breather every now and then. Judge needs to never come out if he’s healthy as he’s had enough damn rest the last few years.
Kay is losing his eyesight as the ball was gone off fords bat the moment he hit it. Not the first call like that this year either. If it’s the size of the monitor he’s looking at get him a bigger one. Or just look at the outfielders as they both didn’t do anything but watch that ball sail way out of here. 2-0 yanks.
Yanks have done well with picking up players given up on by other teams and having them be productive here like voit, urshela, tauchman and of course the under the radar signing of lemehieau. Surprisingly their not showing the same aplomb picking up a starting pitcher or 2
