Would love to join you in the speculation of how many times Dumb-Fuck Donnie gets cut-off, but they're only muting the mics during the portion of the debate in which a candidates get their uninterrupted 2 minutes to make their statement on the topic at hand. The rest of the debate will primarily be an "open format," so that The Orange Imbecile can still interrupt at his leisure.
