Yeah I read some shit like PG13 and a future first for Russ and RoCo. Taking RoCo out of the equation makes a lot more sense as far as a talent exchange and due to salary matching.

The initial trade for PG13 was a severe OVERPAY.
However, assuming the sunk cost of that trade - the proposal of PG13+Pick for Russ+Covington makes a TON of sense for the clippers.

The salaries just don't work when adding RoCo... I mean the Clippers could add Pat Bev or Lou Will and Zubac but I don't know if that's what they'll want to do but crunching the numbers those are really the only options I see for them.

They only need to add Lou. I don't see that as a big impact for Clips.

I know picks need to be involved, but I'm not sure how they need to flow...

Cavs get out of a bad contract.
    Warriors get a better fit.
Blazers get the best player (at this point in their careers).

I really doubt that the cavs would want Ariza and Hood, they probably like the young guns like, Trent, Collins, Little and our Pick

Love might be a good fit next to Nurk.

I think it is important to note that the rumor says that there is a third team that gets Green, that more than likely means that the team that gets Green sends assets to both Cleveland and Golden State. So obviously Love for Green is a bad deal but there are unmentioned pieces that could make it a very good deal for all parties or even a lopsided deal in favor of the Warriors.

Legitimately no clue why Golden State would think Love is a better fit than Draymond, unless they have the inside scoop that Draymond is completely declined.

Draymond was so instrumental to their success. His act must be really really really old for them to consider that trade.

Westbrook to LAC would take the Clippers out of the title race so I like that deal as a Blazers fan. Makes Rockets better though.

Is that's happened is there enough basketballs between Irving Durrant and Harden. I really don't see Houston doing but we will see.

That's a great point... I really don't like that trade for the Nets. It's a really smart trade for the Rockets though. A rotation of Westbrook, LeVert, Prince, Covington, Allen, Gordon, Dinwiddie, Tucker, House and Rivers would be killer. So much defense and shooting to put around Russ, I could see Westbrick having another MVP caliber season with this team around him and they would be legit contenders.

There were enough basketballs for Durant/Westbrook/Harden in 2012 to reach Finals. And enough for Curry/Klay/Durant to win two titles. What they should do is trade for Harden and then trade Kyrie for Westbrook. Sign Ibaka and Jeff Green as FAs. The band is back together!
