Blazers might have the margin for 6 or 7 million 1st year salary, but as other have noted, it's really looking like Portland wants to stay under the tax line. Maybe the best chance is if a team has a 6 or 7 million TPE and are willing to send Portland a 2nd for a Whiteside S&T.
