Elleby with that hair and #16 is gonna be a cult figure. Can’t wait to complain that terry won’t give him a chance.

No thanks! His attitude is going to suck if he's not starting.

I would leave the spot open for a more proven guy. Bowman, Gabriel, Hoard, etc for two ways.

that’s probably the main reason he’s struggling to find a deal. Teams know he’s high maintenance and only worth it if he’s starting. And I don’t see many starting spots out there.

Would Toronto be a team that might have interest in Whiteside?

They just signed Baynes but still could use help in the front court after losing Gasol and Ibaka

Toronto won't sign anyone other than FVV for longer than one season. Baynes and Boucher just signed 1+1 deals (team options). Whiteside probably wouldn't go for that?

Very much so. Rebounding and another playmaker were 2 of the 3 biggest issues last year. Defense was address. Not sure the other two were.

Quick said Neil is content with CJ/Ant handling backup PG duties.

My choice for the last spot would be Svi Mykhailiuk — high IQ player who has shown flashes of playmaking and playing defense.

    Another low risk/high reward player.

Assuming we are tight against lux tax Id keep spot open for buyout or injury.

I hope Harden goes to the Nets and this time around, I’m routing for KD to beat the Lakers

again...Portland is hard-capped and are maybe 8M, probably less, under the apron. Portland can not exceed the apron in any circumstance till next season. Aldridge make 24M. People need to let the Aldridge dream go

But there's going to be a lot more FA. I think many will be disappointed in the offers available

they'd have to use cap-space or an exception to sign him for a 3 years deal. BAE is all they have and they want to conserve it
