    you guys can keep hating on Trae and saying what you want but he did average 29/9 in his second year of the NBA. That’s only been done 5 times in any season


    Yeah his defense is trash but eventually some respect will need to be shown

    Let's see how he does now that the team has some talent and should be more competitive. I dont put much stock into big stats on horrible teams. Chris Gatling was an all star in 1996.

    I don't recall that specific comment, just that Westbrook has a strong and valid dislike for Beverly, but he's not alone in that bad take. Wasn't it BNM here who argued that Lillard had totally dismantled Beverly's defensive reputation, on the basis of our win in the 0.9 series, refusing to acknowledge that Beverly was fortunate just to be back on the court that early after injury?

    idk, but beverleys defense isn’t just reputation. Defensive metrics aren’t perfect but he led all point guards in DRPM last season and his DBPM ranked him in the top 5 regardless of position.

    Was clicking through basketball-reference and saw that Dame currently has the largest total guarenteed contract (unless I'm misunderstanding). Hadn't realized that was the case. Then I watch this clip again and decided that he completely deserves it.
