    If we took it serious right now, we'd cancel the NBA season (9% of the league tested positive last week) and all sports on TV. In the second wave right now. There is no reason to have it. The lockdowns should be harder. I agree that the US did a terrible job all around.

    Opening up should be based on a national positivity rate.

    Government should have paid everyone to stay home until we hit a certain percentage.

    EVERYTHING shut down. Restaurants, stores, airlines, everything.

    Again, Biden said he hasn't seen any plan to distribute the vaccination, get it out safely, put it into syringes and get it into people's arms. We talking about starting vaccinations in a few weeks?

    I wonder about the time when a substantial minority of people have been vaccinated - say 10 or 20%.
    Presumably there is no reason for them to wear masks anymore? But if they don't, then all the anti-mask dipshits are going to pretend they've been vaccinated so they can be free, free as the wind blows, free as the grass grows, they're born free... to not wear a mask and keep infecting people.

    It would also be nice to know just how long these vaccines will be effective?...not sure anyone knows for sure just yet. Hell, I've read a few estimates and some say that it could be as little as 3 months.

    We don't even know if these vaccines will work like they really say. The truth is, everything pretty much is based on optimism at this point.

    Advocating dishonesty, bribery and manipulation would be condemned in any other circumstance, but not here though right?

    It is said that there will be a moment or situation where every human being will sacrifice their morals and sense of ethics if there is an opportunity to benefit oneself.

    I guess this is yours huh?

    And before you start, I've probably been wearing a mask longer than most on this board. Was one of the few who has worn a mask at work for months and months.
