He is a really awesome coach, but he has really gotten intense on the sidelines recently. I think it's because the games are alot more meaningful now.
Right. I don't think shough has it. Not much of a runner and not a good passer under any kind of pressure. That they are talking about building his confidence is really telling.
And that should be his last play ever for the Oregon Ducks. Brown takes the team 98 yards for a score and gets taken out cuz he fumbles? You can't straddle two horses like this in a big game, Cristobal.
the Ducks came in with a game plan to use a 2QB rotation. They just stayed with the plan. It wasn't straddling. It was each QB getting 2 possessions in a row
ISU was pretty clearly the better team. At a minimum they were more disciplined. Their OLine played pretty well and was a big reason why they kept making critical 3rd down conversions the Ducks spent the entire afternoon taking aim and shooting their own webbed feet. In a game where possessions were the most valuable commodity, the Ducks lost 5 possession opportunities. The Cyclones didn't lose a single one and it was only a 3 score game. That's the bottom line
Still proud of the ducks even though they lost and the cyclones are one of the cooler programs. It was good that they got to play each other. I still think they need to fire the pac12 commish before they get further behind and become even more of a joke.
Ouch, that was a tough one to watch. Very proud of the team though. Not bad for the youngest roster in the whole country.
This right here. Young players make mistakes. That's what they do. If we can get a legit quarterback we'll be much improved next season.
