I think almost everyone, if not everyone, (I know I did) said they need to arrest/lockup/stop ALL of these fuckers on both sides. Are there people in here who love antifa?
Absolutely. They are amoung us. Nothing against them at all. They have their viewpoints, MAGA country has theirs, I have mine. I believe in an authoritarian government to maintain order. This accelerates that.

Rules remain the same. Trolling isn't against the rules but is frowned upon. Flame wars are not allowed. Trash talk or trolling is but if turns to personal insults then shit hits the fan

No rules have been changed. There is a vague rule that can be used in extreme cases like Mixum. This is not one of those cases.
If it becomes personal insults and it continues after posts are removed and warnings given, yes a ban is in the cards. If a non member (a Laker fan for instance)makes an account to troll and it is obvious, yeah that account will be in jeopardy of being banned. Their thread/post(s) in the least would be removed.
