    Can someone answer this please?

    Let's say the Rockets have a pick swap in 2025 because of this trade, yet they actually finish way below the nets in the standings.

    Are the Rockets then forced to use the Nets' inferior pick because of the swap in this trade? Or would they be able to choose if the pick swap happens or not?
