When I lived in Portland, the fam and I used to love going to Sayler's! Never did take them up on that challenge, though.

Need to work in avocado toast, when done well it is so good, and I do it well.

Desserts in evening: warm apple pie with homemade vanilla ice cream and warm caramel sauce, chocolate pecan pie with bourbon whipped cream, and pumpkin kahlua cheesecake. Pop a Prosecco.

For Lucia, a slice of rare ahi tuna, chicken liver poached in chicken fat, a hard cooked egg yolk and a saucer of organic heavy cream.

I made a last meal on death row thread here once. I said grilled cheese and fries, a chocolate milkshake and a dill pickle iirc.

I am pretty consistent at steakhouses. This is my 2011 answer:

Basically an awesome night at a steak house. Drinks in parenthesis.

Appetizer: Raw Oysters, Chilled Lobster and Dungeness Crab (Cristal Rose)
Salad: Wedge salad with roquefort (Paradise Tropical Iced Tea and Mountain Valley Spring Water)
Steak: Dry aged Bone-in Ribeye, medium rare (Macallan 25, neat)
    Side: Creamed spinach
Dessert: Banana Foster for dessert (espresso)

I rarely switch it up after I've found something that I like at a restaurant.

Damn, you’re a lucky man if you’ve jumped out of a plane without a rip cord twice and lived to talk about it.

Good point. My screen name was Baracuda74 back then, but I really doubt I could eat 74 barracudas.
