Depends on how you define safe. If you mean less lives lost then yes but if you mean less dangerous accidents then no.
That can be taken as a act of social diplomacy. You always compliment women on how young they look but credit their smart attributes as well. Kudos to Joe. The orange clown would have said absurd phrases and re directed to himself.
not sure I under how an in place well built pipe line would have more dangerous accidents? Seems to me the peril of trains/trucks would be higher, not to mention the emissions they emit in transporting?
Biden says Trump 'did not do his job' on coronavirus vaccine program, urges patience (msn.com) <<<<<Another crisis Trump created.
I once saw a report based on statistics. Yeah, there are more deaths with trains but more expense with fixing and cleaning up a pipeline accident. When a pipeline bursts the oil just keeps on spilling and spilling and spilling. The transport of oil is just a very nasty business. Better to go renewable or nuclear or even natural gas.
Hmmmm.....OK, we shall see. https://www.freepressfail.com/2021/...le_campaign=2006711&iterable_template=2754367 BREAKING: GOP Lawmakers ALL IN On New Plan To Expose Biden’s Weakness On China
The trains transport really toxic nuclear waste material and other unknow toxins. Someone should tell the engineers. Unfortunately, if they knew what they haul, we wouldn't have train engineers.
Because it's faster and misses fewer people. Also, many people have had to miss a lot of work to help their children with school. They are still getting a paycheck, but it's far lower. It's simply the most efficient way to do the most good the quickest given the same amount of money.
The government is terrible at that. Just giving people money is the best thing to do. You can do more for those who need more, but that's the first step.
Student debt is sort of a hypocritical hill to die on IMO. White liberals want to talk about privilege? Look at the racial and economic demographics of college graduates. Cancellation of student debt equates to the underprivileged working class paying off more affluent peoples debts. It’s kind of bullshit when you really think about it. Making college education free would be another story, however.
Im glad as hell Joe beat out Trump but Im not sure he would have pushed to get the vaccine in the time period we have?
whats disgusting? The media spin put on this? Its the law to discard food and not give it out when endangered of spoiling. Not only that but Fred Meyers donates a shit ton a year already. Fred Meyer was only following procedure and protecting themselves from potential lawsuits and fines. This is a nonstory being propped up by big media bias. but the left doesn't have fake news. Just Trumps media.... lol.
I'm annoyed that this dude is talking about gun control while we're in the middle of COVID. Homeboy needs to be focused on the economy and getting us out of this mess. Guns shouldn't even be in the top 3-4 things on his mind right now. Also, it's one of the most contentious topics and he seriously didn't even wait a few months to bring that shit up after the most divisive presidential election in history? I guess the Dems figure they have the house, the senate, and the white house and they're going to cram their agenda down our throats and pissing off the 70 million who voted against them be damned. We literally just had a bunch of maniacs storm Congress a month ago and they're really going after one of the most hot button topics in our country? Really? Really?
If the professional victim class (aka “Republicans”) had any idea how much stores like Freddie’s, Safeway, etc donate to local food banks, they’d shut their ignorant mouths and slink away utterly ashamed.....but then, they wouldn’t know charity if it bit them in the ass.......
Come on man, I don't think that's fair. I know a lot of conservatives who go to church and participate in a lot of charities. I really wish people would get away from these generalizations.
