It's where we found all the bodies...

Oddly enough, I had a dream about my grandparents house, thinking it was for sale. When it was sold, (20+ years ago) it was sold for like 120K, and I thought that's what it was for sale for.

So I thought "shit, I should buy it!"

then I realized it was a dream and I was remembering the price from 20+ years ago.

New owners changed the color of the house to grey and mustard yellow. Hideous.

Naw. It was a small family biz with the family name in the title. I assume UCD doesn’t want to publicly disclose the name, so I won’t post it.

I have lived on either side of tabor. Both on 60th and Division and on the Northside on Stark and 92nd

I'm prepared. Got a battery operated lantern and a flashlight set. Have a pup tent and sleeping bags in the closet...can bring them out and set them up in the living room if the lights go out. Plenty of bottled water and non perishable foods.

Hopefully, the lights don't go out again. Making stew tonight.

It was very very hard work but I have completed our storm preparations for in case there is a hard freeze and we lose electricity...

I have found a list of dog friendly hotels in downtown Portland. We can uber or trimet to downtown

Trimet will be shut down, and the only ubers available will be driven by cannibals looking for meat.

probably not "dog meat" though...there is far more to choose from on the streets that's fattened by something other than Purina chow

You have permission to drill all of my sisters since I have none. I had a brother though, do you want him? Of course he might be a bit moldy since he's been dead for 16 years. How about my mother? She's only been dead for 7 years.
My wife? Not unless you're into gerontophilia.
Me? I've never heard of anyone that hard up.

Lanny, you give HCP too much credit. He has no idea what gerontophilia is. He thinks it's where the 76ers play.

Seems like you're near the top of upper Palisades. I'm also in upper Palisades but about 200 feet lower.

If you like Texas BBQ try the Busters in Tigard. It's on Barbur just East of the Fred Meyer. Their brisket, beef ribs, baby back ribs, BBQ beans and french fries are excellent. Ask for lots of bark on your brisket and ask them to fry your french fries extra long so their golden and delicious.

Well, there's BBQ, and there's barbeque...

I think Busters is BBQ. Meaning that it's good, but it's like "I use propane when I bbq" good, vs "I use charcoal when I barbeque, make my own marinade, and converted my shed to a smoker" good.

Used to be a small college. My sister moved out here to be the head athletic trainer at the college 20 years ago.
