You're the one who keeps bringing this up. Everyone who has met you likes you. They've told you that, I've told you that. I like you. Look at the replies from some in this thread. The majority of people have forgotten about this or at this point they don't care. It's up to you to move on because the vast majority of people have. If this is really effecting your humor then find threads that are somewhat funny or make threads on things that you find funny. But you have at least twice in this thread brought things from years ago. That's not healthy for you. It's not good to hang on to things for so long.
I don't keep up with it either but that's because I don't want to. It reminds me of the bickering that certain women get into. I use to work in all women groups in my early years at Tektronix so experienced plenty of it. It's tiresome and I don't care for it. However I see redeeming qualities in all concerned so I settle for just ignoring it as much as possible. Try ignoring it and see if life improves quite a bit.
ive been trying to figure out why i don't have fun here anymore. Why im so defensive all the time. Its because ive been accused of something i know i didn't do. Something i feel has probably spread around on the back channels because ive never got a straight answer from the accuser. Its terrible what happened. But i dont think i should also be led on to be permanently accused like it has felt for so long. i brought it up because im explaining why ive been the way i have for a long time now. Your portrayal of events even makes me look bad when you know i was trying to help. Quick to throw someone under the bus? so what is it? Im blamed for saying i wonder how the blazers would think if they knew stuff, but then when i find out someone did something and i try to help solve it, im tossing people under the bus? And then you say nice things about me and you want me to take you serious or believe its real and not bullshit????? I have wanted to solve this from the moment i realized it was real. Not only because its a shitty thing to do to anyone here, regardless of personality conflicts, period. but also because i have pride in my honesty and being a standup person and to be accused of something i didn't do and had no knowledge of, has weighed heavy on me. it will continue to weigh heavy on me. No justice no peace, right? I was inferred to that some people know exactly who did it, so that also prompted me to want to have my name cleared.
i was informed differently. At least that some know it wasn't me. Also because i gave all my info to help with an investigation. Ive offered to help figure it out. But some are apparently okay with me being accused and then doing nothing else and just wanting to move on.
Straight up, your post pissed me off. Thansk Chris. Just let it go. But be aware my behavior these days is in direct relation to them once again denying this simple request. Either sly or hcp could have just ended all of this by just saying straight up, “listen dude, we know it wasn't you. Now will you lighten up?” but they wont. Then they Both ( and others) wonder why i behave the way i do and have no clue why... because they keep denying this simple request. And then they wonder why i think there is a clique that only wants to engage with me when they think they can make me look bad or prove me wrong. Perfect example.
