Perhaps, but personally, I don't count COVID as an injury. However, it FEELS that way as a Blazer fan....

Rest Dame again. That would give him five days off since they don’t play again until Wednesday.

    This season we are 9-1 with teams with 0.357 - 0.442 winning record. So it's 90% W.

I was teetering between those exact two line-ups. My gut said go with your first defensive lineup but finally I voted for CJ over DJJ with the caveat that if we have a lead I go with defense.

Do not presume to speak for all posters. Never forget there are im-posters who energize when we are losing.

He’s 24% in his last 10 games on 6 for 25. Dame is 5 for 29 or 17% over a larger sample. Nas was 56% on his first 25. Moral of the story: Don’t make wild-ass conclusions from tiny samples.

When you label the guys who don’t play much “bench warmers” and the those who do “contributors” you’ve already stacked the deck so it would seem odd.

I'm excited to watch the Blazers this game. I honestly don't understand why the Raptors don't have a better record? They have players? VanVleet, Siakam, Lowry, Anunoby, Baynes. Now they have Gary Trent who we all know can get hot. They played Hood 18 mins last game. Seems like Hood could fit into a role off their bench which they needed some size.

Siakam is a problem for the Blazers. Maybe less now that Nurk will be in the middle with RoCo helping. I would have been worried in games past without Nurk because after Kanter the Blazers had nobody to put on Baynes. It sure helps having 2 serviceable bigs with a backup in case there are huge foul issues.

Don't forget Bouche. He is an excellent shooter from deep and defender/shot blocker. I too don't understand the Raptors woes.

Well, they do have a slightly better net point differential than we do. Yet we are 27-18 and they are 18-27. Ouch. Look's like they have been about as unclutch/unlucky as we have been clutch/lucky in close games.

Wow... we’re going all in on offense with Powell getting the start. I’m interested in seeing how this is all going to work.
