Cleaning out an some old "junk", I found an "Official Program" for the Blazers Pistons game, October 27, 1973. Price for the Official Program - 50 cents.

I even kept score in the game.
    Greg Smith - 8pts
    Dennis Layton - 1 pt
    Bernie Fryer - 0 pts
    Larry Steele - 16 points
    Charlie Davis - 0 points
    Sidney Wicks - 4 points
    John Johnson - 21 points
    Rick Roberson - 0 points
    LaRue Martin - 0
    Lloyd Neal - 3
    Ollie Johnson - 8
    Geoff Petrie - 37

The Pistons were led by Bob Lanier with 32, Don Adams with 19 and Dave Bing with 18.

Pictures of a young Bill Schonley and Jimmy Jones - voices of the Blazers for Radio & TV.

An article on Mr. Clutch - Jerry West.

    All that and more.

Free to anyone interested in having an old piece of Blazer memorabilia. This no second-hand cast-off, this is something I stuck in an old pee-chee folder (for those old enough to know what those are) and it has been hidden for probably 40+ years.

I reserve the right to arbitrarily make my decision as to who gets it (if anybody actually wants it).

    Gramps...

Thats legit badass. I love old programs like that. I don't have any place to put it but that'd be an awesome get for a huge Blazers collector.

I responded first, y’all. Cuz I’m dedicated. (Kidding - bored on a Saturday evening.)

I’ll send you a bottle of wine for it?

I didn’t know it was there, I just knew I had a box of stuff about which I had no clue. Most of it was junk.

    This however......not so much.

CJ wine? Perhaps that should be traded as well.

I’m not a drinker so wine puts you at the bottom of the list.

Not looking for anything in exchange, just want it to go somewhere it will be valued for the historic Blazer piece it is.

It’s not about drinking. We make a wine for the Mo Lucas Foundation. “The Enforcer”.

Yeah but Lebanon? Now Sodaville, that is something altogether different but Lebanon? Growing up in Albany, it was the po-dunk town.

Actually kind of liked it through the “big-city” prejudice some of my friends thought I should have.

Still wouldn’t know what to do with it. My wife would give it to our neighbors.

I didn’t realize you were looking for a trade.

I’m not looking to negotiate a deal. I think you have a very cool collectible item. That’s all I have to say.

Specifically - not looking to trade - just to give away to someone who will appreciate it.

Nothing else - no strings attached.

After years of ignoring dozens of unknown 35-pound boxes in my house, I've been inventorying on a spreadsheet for a month. At least 2 boxes of 70s-80s annual NBA magazines and books found so far. My summer project. The spreadsheet is over a hundred lines long and the columns/categories keep growing.

I don't specifically recall that particular game but I do remember that team. Those were the days when even if the game was televised we would turn the volume down and listen to the Schonz on the radio. Good memories - thanks!

    What was that about?

Neat find, Gramps. It’s great of you to offer it to someone who on the board who enjoys team memorabilia. I’ve reached that stage of life where I find little caches of stuff and I can’t remember why I thought they were worth keeping. We recently ran across some old golf scorecards that my in-laws got at a tournament in PDX that were signed by Arnold Palmer, Billie Casper and other pros. No idea what to do with them.
