Going to need to purchase a new TV for wife & I. Anyone give a recommendation? We dont play games just various shows and sports. Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks,
Go to Costco. Find the one with the best picture for your budget. You're looking at a price range of $270-$3000.
We got a budget Hisense for the garage with a Roku integrated. We have a more expensive Samsung for the living room with a Roku box on it. Both are great for what we use them for.
My dad got a Sony with google play and android integrated. I really like that set up, but I'm a big google honk.
Depends on Budget. I like Samsung and Sonys best. I have an Insignia from Best Buy with Roku. I will probably buy a Samsung or Sony to replace the Plasma I use in the living room. I like using the new Google Chromecast, so integrated apps isn't a big deal anymore. Its a lot better these days.
Disregard these losers on a budget. You deserve the best @Hoopguru https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/c1-oled
We just got the LG OLED. Highest ranked. A little pricy but amazing. https://www.cnet.com/news/best-tv/
Then go to Costco. How is the hearing with you and the wife? Do you have a nice surround sound system or sound bar? For your budget you can get a nice 65" and a nice sound bar.
lol....I use TV Ears, they work great! But I dont sing like Pat Boone. I sing better! We do have a bose surround that probably 15 years old.
The Bose might be a little tired. Now you can use a set of nice set of Bose headphones that will connect to a sound bar via bluetooth and the audio will be fuller and more immersive without being loud. or + + or dump the sound bar and headphone upgrade and replace it with this
Anyone have the Criterion Channel? Our current (LG) TV won't let us play it through the TV, and since it ran updates it won't recognize the laptop when we plug it in. Anyone able to watch it directly through the TV (like you can with Netflix on every new TV)?
December we got a 65’ Samsung. Absolutely love it. Open box for $525! Fantastic deal. No issues with it at all. Next door neighbor loves it so much, he just ordered one, shows up next week.
