    I have ran into many people in LA who say it has changed their lives. I've been on the hunt for the last couple years trying to find something local and finally found it. Now that I have the opportunity, I'm kind of scared but want to do it.

    It's not a recreational thing at all. Sounds tough going into it but everyone I know comes out the other side wishing they'd done it sooner.
