As for the extremely rare mass shooting by a Caucasian the other day, it shouldn't even be news except for how rare an occurrence it is. Chicago has 3-4 mass shootings every week, so does St Louis, DC, Baltimore...and they are by NOT Caucasians. That's news worthy of reporting.

At no time did he say "against" anyone. That's not how rights work, not really possible to use an inalienable right "against" someone.

Voicing your thoughts is not using The First Amendment against anyone.

Refusing to let a cop search your house without a warrant is not using The Fourth Amendment against anyone.
