...dude, she is dropping Lillard like bombs! That range is pretty impressive and luckily for her she knows someone who can make incredible highlight reels. Looking forward to more updates on this. Side note: how'd your boy's recovery go? And is he playing anywhere this coming year?
well, @THE HCP I hope that we will all be cheering for her in the Olympics when she represents the USA in the future.
Thank you. As far as my son, he is now back down in SoCal taking some classes and training for the fall. Supposed to be a normal season. He thinks he should be in the NFL already and me and the rest of the FAMS just don't want him to get hurt again.
Wouldn't that be crazy. She did make the regional team for the Olympic Developmental Program. The western 15 states team. A huge honor for her. And I think that was the way some of these colleges found out about her. We are just staying realistic.
Note how he said recruiters could talk to her or her mom. Interesting that he left out him as someone recruiters could talk to. This confirms there's a real dad out there that recruiters can talk to. He should have included him in the conversation.
Just got back from her big college showcase in North Carolina over the weekend. Her team didn’t do too well, but she looked great. Her coach called last night to tell us Utah and Loyola Marymount reached out and told him they are very interested in her. LMU is coming up to watch her practice this week. We are ecstatic over this news. Should get interesting.
Most definitely. She was set to go to their college ID camp March of 2020, COVID made sure that didn’t happen. She has sent them emails and her highlights. Hopefully they call next week.
Side note @THE HCP :: does she play with or against Olivia Moultrie, Oregon's 15yo phenom that is suing the NWSL over their unfair age restrictions?
No sir. Moultrie is playing for the Thorns younger academy team. Sounds like she’ll be moving up soon.
UofP would be a dream scenario. We live about 15 minutes from that campus. We’d be able to go watch all her games. That would be very special. She is a fantastic student, so whichever has the majors that can best use to set her up for the future would be fantastic. I hope sharing this doesn’t jinx anything. We’d be happy with whatever she decides to do. The 15th is right around the corner, we are all very excited.
