    The only issue I see with Simmons is his contract. True he can't shoot from the outside. But he is all NBA on defense. We don't have to wait for him to improve on that. He can already guard 4 positions, plus he can dribble and pass with the best of them. (Plus he is a decent rebounder)

    So as long as you don't run a Terry Stotts offense then I don't see a problem. You can hide one bad shooter. And he is excellent at getting to the basket.....he just needs to be more selfish and actually finish.

    Also, I maintain that Jerami Grant is gettable for the right price. I'm sure he wants to win after proving himself for a season. What that price is? No idea.

    Also, does Henry Abbott live in 2000 or something? Who runs his website? When I went to that article directly from the site it said "for paying subscribers" only. But when I clicked through to the article through a link on twitter I was able to read the entire article. You're not profiting off this clickbait if you can't even properly monetize your content.

    Considering Grant was called up to the team because Lillard and Durant specifically went to Pop to ask for him, I don't think we need to wait until after the Olympics.

Lillard is one of the NBA’s biggest off-court earners, with multimillion dollar deals with Adidas, BioFreeze, and others. Before his contract extension, Lillard has made almost $300 million. (That’s more than Paul Allen spent to purchase the Blazers.) Thanks to his endorsements, his net worth will continue to ascend whether he plays or not.
